- Up to 1 1/4″ of lowering in front and 1 1/4″ of lowering in back are possible depending on tire clearance.
- Spring rates are nearly 10% stiffer in front and 10% stiffer in the rear.
- Substantial reduction in body roll.
- Included suspension packers allow adjustment of bump-stop clearance to fine-tune handling and comfort.

I recently installed Carbahn’s Coil-Overs, Toe Links and Thrust Arm Bushings on my M5 CS. Honestly, my expectations were blown away – I have modified everything from e39 M5s to GT3s and this set up is the most sophisticated performance upgrade I have ever experienced. Steering feel has improved, body motions are heavily subsided, and overall handling has substantially increased, all while being less harsh than stock. The vehicle is now always taut but never crashy. Truly expert engineering and quality execution. Excellent product advice by Chris – I told him what I was looking for and his suggested set-up has delivered exactly that.

This is my first purchase with this company. I decided to upgrade my M5 Competition LCI due to the fact that I really felt that the steering and handling of the car could be improved. I watched many videos including Steve’s video on bump stops and how much research they do on it. I went to forums and read how this type of upgrade was transformative! Chris M was very helpful trying to explain everything to a novice like me.
I do not have a local Carbahn dealer, but my local dealer agreed to install all the parts. I decided to upgrade the chassis with the spring kit, toe links and tension Strut monoball. The car is now so planted with a more appropriate steering response. The poor Michigan roads are now handled with aplomb, but high speed turns can now be taken to a higher limit for sure. I enjoy driving the car so much more!
I will do this to every BMW M car for the rest of my life!
