The service includes everything you would typically get during your 10,000 mile / “A” Service plus a few extra services such as filter replacement. Your expected to rotate between Staying current with your maintenance plan not only keeps your car running in top condition but helps your mechanic keep an eye on many of the other complex components within your vehicle. These services however are not required to be completed by a dealership to retain your warranty. What is Included with Service B / Flex B

Your Mercedes B Service includes many of the same services the 10,000-mile or “A” Service includes. A brief explanation of all the services and where they are located is provided below

Interior: The inspector will go over all interior functions and make sure they are all working properly. This includes but is not limited to headlamp cleaning system, windshield washer system, warning and indicator lights, as wells interior lighting. Filters are replaced at this time.
Brakes and Wheels: Your brake system and tires will be checked. This includes air pressure, tire condition, tread depth, and brake pad thickness. Spare tire is inspected at this time to make ensure it is in good working condition.
Undercarriage: The underside of your vehicle is inspected for scrapes, damaged components, and leakage. Ball joints and rubber boots, and mechanical steering components are also inspected for damage.
Engine Compartment: This is where the bulk of the inspection is completed. Your battery, engine, cooling system, power steering, active body control, and belts are all inspected for damage, leaks, and overall condition. Engine oil and filter are replaced as well.

As you can see these are standard things that need to be checked out to ensure your safety, extend the life of your vehicle, and stay current with your warranty. If anything needs to be repaired or replaced, we will contact you with the details to get authorization. Ignoring your vehicles, service message will not only lead to larger mechanical problems and costly repairs but could also cause to your warranty to be invalid.
